The wellness and recovery room is your time to slow things down and give your body what it needs to recover, reset, and feel better. Each 45 minute session gives you private access to a myriad of targeted recovery tools designed to ease soreness, improve circulation, and help your body unwind after training, work, or everyday stress.
Instead of pushing through tightness or fatigue, this space gives you a chance to recharge so you can move more comfortably, recover faster, and get back to feeling like yourself.
