InBody 580 Composition Analysis

What Is an InBody Scan?

An InBody scan is a fast, non-invasive body composition assessment that goes far beyond a standard scale. Using advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis, our InBody 580 system provides a detailed snapshot of what your body is made of, breaking down muscle, fat, water, and more in just a few minutes.

Instead of guessing based on weight alone, an InBody scan gives you objective data you can actually use to guide training, recovery, nutrition, and overall health decisions.

What’s Included in an InBody Scan?

Each scan provides a comprehensive breakdown of your body composition, including:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass – Understand how much lean muscle you carry and where

  • Body Fat Percentage – More meaningful than BMI or scale weight

  • Segmental Analysis – Muscle and fat distribution by arms, legs, and trunk

  • Total Body Water – Insight into hydration and fluid balance

  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) – Estimated daily calorie needs at rest

  • Visceral Fat Level – Fat stored around internal organs, linked to health risk

  • Phase Angle – A marker often associated with cellular health and recovery

Your results are reviewed with a knowledgeable provider who helps interpret the data and explain what it means for you, not just what the numbers say.
